"NEXT EXPRESS" 50m MOTORSAILER Beneath the elegant exterior of this 50-meter motorsailer by Pedrick Yacht Designs lurks a wolf. We have taken our high-performance motorsailing concept a step further in the "Next Express" Series, shown here as a sleekly styled, 50-meter ketch. The light-displacement hull form has retractable rudders and keel that allow shallow draft for harbor access and a cruising speed approaching 25 knots under power. The "Next Express Motorsailer" promises exhilarating performance under sail, as well, when the efficient foils and deep ballast are deployed. The yacht's large living room and bar open directly to the cockpit, below which are owner/guest accommodations for 10. A separate dining salon with panoramic views at the forward end of the deckhouse is served by a mid-level galley leading to crew's quarters for 8.
